1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or intentional misuse
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized platforms

4. How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@lightlogy.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
  2. Await approval — our team will send return instructions. A prepaid label is provided for quality-related returns.
  3. Pack securely and include your order slip inside the parcel.
  4. Share tracking — send us the return tracking number. Refunds cannot be processed without a valid tracking number.

⚠️ Important: Do not ship to the address on your original package. That is a logistics hub and cannot accept returns. All returns must go to our designated warehouse in Shenzhen, China. The correct address will be provided upon approval.

5. Refund Processing

6. Refund Not Received?

If your refund hasn't appeared after the expected window, check the following in order: your bank account balance → your credit card statement → your bank's processing times. If the issue persists, contact us at support@lightlogy.com.
