1. What Is Covered
This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal, intended use during the 24-month warranty period.
2. What Is Not Covered

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at support@lightlogy.com with your Order ID and a photo or short video clearly showing the defect.
- Await RMA approval — once verified, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the designated return address.
- Pack & ship — securely pack the item with all original accessories and write the RMA number clearly on the outer box. Lightlogy covers return shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects.
- Replacement dispatch — after receiving and inspecting the item, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
⚠️ Important: Do not ship to the address on your original package. The correct return address will be provided with your RMA approval.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lightlogy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits). Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or original purchase price of the defective product.
